MEET SAM
Founder Sam’s path into construction started long before he launched the company.
He grew up in a family of artists; his grandfather was a woodturner, and both of his parents were art teachers. Creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were part of everyday life.
Sam spent his early years on construction sites with his father and in the wood shop with his grandfather. That progressed into working for a local family building and restoring a family business and farm. The skills that he learned from childhood helped put himself through graphic design school. His passion for design and building led him to start the company full time in the early 2000s.
Architecture and design have always been a driving force behind his work. That influence shows in every project, from the way spaces flow to the careful balance between aesthetics and functionality.
Today, Sam and his team lead each project with a commitment to craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and continuous learning, ensuring every home renovation is built to last and designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
